OUR STORY

On the morning of April 10, 2023, employees at Old National Bank in downtown Louisville, Kentucky were attacked by a lone gunman. Five people lost their lives and eight others were injured on that sad day. The vault inside the bank quickly transitioned into an area of refuge and the phone inside the vault became an emergency help phone. Our commitment is to ensure that every call made from a vault or any one of our emergency help phones will successfully reach the appropriate actionable personnel.

This event was the impetus that launched THE VAULT PHONE!
